Sardine bruschetta

Sardine bruschetta

Ingredients :

  • 4 slices of bruschetta bread
  • 16 fillets of fresh sardines
  • or 2 tins of sardine fillets
  • 4 very ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 16 black olives
  • 50g of chorizo
  • 50g of grated parmesan
  • Basil
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation : 

  1. Rub the clove of garlic onto the bread.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and leave them to brown for 5 minutes under the grill.
  3. Thinly slice the tomatoes and the chorizo.
  4. Place the tomatoes onto the 4 slices of bruschetta. Then add the sardines, the parmesan, the chorizo and the black olives.
    Season with salt and ground pepper.
  5. Place under the grill for 5 minutes, then top with a little basil and serve with a green salad.
