Sardine bruschetta

Ingredients :
- 4 slices of bruschetta bread
- 16 fillets of fresh sardines
- or 2 tins of sardine fillets
- 4 very ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 16 black olives
- 50g of chorizo
- 50g of grated parmesan
- Basil
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Rub the clove of garlic onto the bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil and leave them to brown for 5 minutes under the grill.
- Thinly slice the tomatoes and the chorizo.
- Place the tomatoes onto the 4 slices of bruschetta. Then add the sardines, the parmesan, the chorizo and the black olives.
Season with salt and ground pepper. - Place under the grill for 5 minutes, then top with a little basil and serve with a green salad.
