Savoury tuna cake

Ingredients :
- 250g of self-raising flour
- 4 eggs
- 12cl of olive oil
- 12cl of milk
- 1 tin of tuna
- 100g of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200g of diced feta cheese
- 80g of black olives
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to a medium heat.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and crush the garlic.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs into the flour.
Incorporate the oil, and little by little the warmed milk.
Add the feta, the drained tuna, the garlic, the tomatoes, the olives and mixed herbs.
Season with salt and pepper. - Pour the mixture into a non-stick cake tin, and cook in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, being sure to cover with foil after 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool before removing from the tin.
