Energy balls with dates and sesame

Ingredients :
- 400g of dates
- 10g of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Preparation
- Pit the dates and peel the ginger.
- Blending together with the orange blossom water.
- With your hands, make small balls about the size of a table tennis ball, then roll them into the sesame seeds.
- These energy balls can be kept up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
