Energy balls with dates and sesame

Ingredients :

  • 400g of dates
  • 10g of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

 

Preparation

  1. Pit the dates and peel the ginger.
  2. Blending together with the orange blossom water.
  3. With your hands, make small balls about the size of a table tennis ball, then roll them into the sesame seeds.
  4. These energy balls can be kept up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
