Yoghurt with fruit crumble

Ingredients

  • 150g of granola or fruit muesli
  • 30g of soft brown sugar
  • 100g of flour
  • 50g of butter
  • 250g of seasonal fruit
  • (red fruit, apples, pears,
  • mango, bananas...)
  • 4 Greek yoghurts

 

Preparation

  1. With your fingers, rub in the cold, cubed butter with the muesli, the sugar and the flour, to obtain a crumbly mixture.
  2. Cut the fruit into pieces and place into an ovenproof dish.
  3. Spoon over a thick layer of the crumble mixture and bake in the middle of a very hot oven for 10 minutes.

  5. cold dessert glasses then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the fruit crumble on top.
  6. Serve immediately to conserve the hot/cold effect!
