Yoghurt with fruit crumble

Ingredients
- 150g of granola or fruit muesli
- 30g of soft brown sugar
- 100g of flour
- 50g of butter
- 250g of seasonal fruit
- (red fruit, apples, pears,
- mango, bananas...)
- 4 Greek yoghurts
Preparation
- With your fingers, rub in the cold, cubed butter with the muesli, the sugar and the flour, to obtain a crumbly mixture.
- Cut the fruit into pieces and place into an ovenproof dish.
- Spoon over a thick layer of the crumble mixture and bake in the middle of a very hot oven for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the natural yoghurt into
- cold dessert glasses then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the fruit crumble on top.
- Serve immediately to conserve the hot/cold effect!
